At BCMServ we have a strict policy towards providing quality work in line with the requirements of the Specification, Drawings, Client instruction and Manufacturers Instruction.
The Industry Standards such as BS, EN, Codes of Practice, NBS together with specialist requirements are deemed to be the minimum bench mark for work carried out.
It is our objective to assure ourselves and therefore ultimately our clients and end users that the work carried out in the construction of the build or part, is a product of Quality and Pride.
This will be achieved by the instigation, administering and monitoring a project quality plan on each of our projects in accordance with a quality management plan.
By utilising procedures, check lists and record documents to follow procedures and work practices from procurement to completion and fit for purpose.
Maintaining an understanding of what standard is required together with clear lines of communication throughout the organisation, our suppliers and subcontractors whilst retaining a degree of administrative flexibility to meet the particular requirements of our various clients.
It is the responsibility of all BCMServ personnel and subcontractors to ensure that procedures are implemented and our quality objectives are achieved.
